This was a very fun book to read. There were times that it was sad, but it was full of imagination and fun ideas- AND come to find out REAL. I very much enjoyed the relationship with the grandfather, but his sister? Aunt Gertrudis? She was HORRIBLE!! I guess you have to feel sorry for her in a way, but she was a hateful, mean- spirited lady. I definitely recommend this book as an illustration of selflessness.The Grandfather loved his Grandson so much! What did he give up? What is this "Circus" business? Read and find out!

O- A book with an Orange Cover
O- Flawless a Pretty Little Liars Book
I picked this book up at the High School Library. It was a great mystery, but didn't totally get solved. This is a whole series and so really, it would be great to read the whole series. This is the second one of the series. Basically, there is a tragic event that happens and there is one girl who is the boss and she swears everyone to secrecy. Then they start getting text messages from someone that has to know the "secret" but who is it??? I did enjoy this book and would not mind reading the rest of the series!

H- A book Set in a HOT country * the dessert, yep it is hot!
H- Alchemist
I have read reviews on this book that said that this book was overrated and some posts that said it was the best book they ever read. I'm some where in between. I really enjoyed it and glad that Naomi suggested as a challenge book for me. It is not the best book I have ever read (don't know if I could pick just one!) But, it was very good and excellently brought many chararacters and situations together in the end. I would definitely recommend it! I mean, it is so short, who cares if it is not THE best book. It is a very good book with profound and interesting ideas. Definitely you should pick it up if you haven't read it!

E- a Book with an Element in the title
E- Oxygen
This was a great mystery. It is also on Naomi's list so I don't want to even get close to a spoiler. Since the author really was trained and worked as an anesthitist, there was some insight and interesting views by a real doc. There was some surprising turn of events.. really. One thing that we should all learn is to listen to mom or dad. The main character's Dad had a feeling and he was right! I want to share this book with my doctor cousin who is going to be an anesthitist soon as well, kind of as a warning to be extra careful! There is mystery and little bit of love story as well as medical drama. Short book and fun to read. I reccommend!

Z- A ZOMBIE version of a classic (Ruthi)
Eat, Brains, Love by Jeff Hart
This book switches the perspective between a zombie that is in high school and the female psychic secret agent that is trying to find him. It all started when the zombie first turned. He and the most popular girl in the school ate most of their classmates. This is where the "eat" and "brains" part comes into the story from the title and the "love" part comes later between the secret agent and Jake (zombie) and the popular girl and Jake. I liked this book because it is not a cliche romance. It is more about the adventure of the female psychic secret agent.
V=Violent (Ruthi)
Miss Peregrine's Home for Peculiar Children (Miss Peregrine's Peculiar Children) by Ransom Riggs
Jacob grew up with his grandfather telling him stories about peculiar children. He always thought they were just stories until he a saw a mysterious "shadow" kill his grandfather. His family thought he was crazy. He would describe a creature as a tall lanky shadow with tentacles coming out of it's mouth. He started going to a therapist. The therapist reccommend that Jacob take a trip to the coast of Wales where he found a home of the peculiar children that his grandfather talked about. The reason why I chose this for my V=Violent book is because of what happens towards the end of the book. Read and enjoy to find out why. I like the book because it was unlike any book I had read before. It is becoming a movie but I imagaine the movie will be terrible because of it's lack of similarity to the book.
